# SDL: First reduction of 3.81 million shares repurchased, raising 36.3069 million yuan

SDL announced that the company reduced its repurchased shares by 3.81 million shares through centralized bidding trading in 2026, accounting for 0.60% of the total share capital, with proceeds of 36.3069 million yuan and an average transaction price of 9.53 yuan/share. The company previously repurchased 11.2432 million shares for 60.5127 million yuan in 2024, accounting for 1.77% of the total share capital. In 2025, it has reduced 6.3575 million shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. After this reduction, the company's dedicated repurchase securities account holds 4.8856 million shares, accounting for 0.77% of the total share capital. There are uncertain risks associated with the implementation of this reduction plan
