# Multiple banks have successively launched "first batch" merger and acquisition loan businesses

The "Management Measures for Mergers and Acquisitions Loan by Commercial Banks" has been implemented for nearly a month, and many banks have successively launched their "first single" and "first batch" of merger and acquisition loan businesses. Following the guidance of the new regulations, major state-owned banks such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, and China Construction Bank have completed the first merger and acquisition loan after the release of the new regulations.
