According to Tianyancha business information, recently, China Nuclear (Xiangshan) Nuclear Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhong Hua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 250 million RMB. The business scope includes power generation, transmission, supply (distribution) of electricity, radiation monitoring, inspection and testing services, heat production and supply, business training, power generation technology services, and investment activities with its own funds. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by China Nuclear Power's subsidiary China Nuclear Zheneng Energy Co., Ltd., Hongrun Construction, Youngor Group Co., Ltd., and Alibaba's Shanghai Yiqi Network Technology Co., Ltd
