International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025: Ordinary Shares Date of purchase: 20 January 2026 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 125,426 Highest price paid per share: 1,346.00 Lowest price paid per share: 1,321.00 Volume weighted average price paid per share: 1,335.51 IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 23,189,625 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 338,368,243 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Since 4 September 2025, IG Group has purchased 10,087,388 shares at a cost of £116,245,581.52 (excluding fees and taxes).
