JD HEALTH and Pinnacle Bio have reached a cooperation on integrated health management solutions

JD Health (06618.HK) announced a deep cooperation with Beijing Dingfeng Biotechnology. The two parties will jointly create an integrated health management solution covering "screening - diagnosis - treatment - medication - follow-up - protection," enhancing the full-cycle health service layout through digital technology empowerment and industrial resource integration, and building a complete service closed loop from preventive intervention, precise screening to standardized diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation management.

According to the cooperation agreement, JD Health will leverage its advantages in the pharmaceutical supply chain system, digital user reach capabilities, and integrated online and offline service network to conduct deep collaboration with Dingfeng Biotechnology in areas such as improving drug accessibility, health knowledge popularization, comprehensive patient management, and service model innovation, jointly exploring the sustainable development of full-cycle health management
