# ZHIXIN GP HLDG won 5.2 million yuan for 3.8 million cubic meters of residual sand and gravel from glass-grade quartz ore

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 22nd, ZHIXIN GP HLDG (02187) announced that it has signed a sales contract with the Natural Resources Bureau of Yongding District, Longyan City, to acquire approximately 3.8 million cubic meters of glass-grade vein quartz remaining sand and gravel, successfully won through public bidding, for RMB 4.618 million (approximately HKD 5.2 million).

In addition, the group indicated that it will acquire two plots of land for RMB 7.21 million in 2025, to be used for the construction of factories and production lines to screen, extract, and comprehensively utilize the 3.8 million cubic meters. The group will first screen the remaining sand and gravel to further extract glass-grade vein quartz and other related minerals for utilization; finally, the remaining sand and gravel will be used to produce lightweight environmentally friendly building materials in Fujian Province.
