Piotech announced that the company's shareholder, National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings by 2,977,639 shares through block trading from January 13 to 22, 2026, decreasing its shareholding ratio from 17.92% to 16.86%
