PRECIOUS DRAGON (01861.HK) announced the acquisition of office property located at Room 2, 19th Floor, China Merchants Tower, 168 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong from independent third party Tianyang Investment, involving a construction area of approximately 2,676 square feet, intended for self-use as office space. The cash consideration is HKD 40.39 million, which will be paid using part of its resources and/or bank loans
