# HYDSOFT's application for issuing shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HYDSOFT (301316.SZ) announced that the company intends to purchase a total of 65.47% of the shares of Baode Computer System Co., Ltd. from Leshan High-tech Investment Development (Group) Co., Ltd. and 56 other trading parties through the issuance of shares, and plans to issue shares to the company's actual controller, Mr. Yu Hao, to raise supporting funds. On January 22, 2026, the company received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review \[2026\] No. 14). The Shenzhen Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds according to relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them
