One of the projects involves FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) on a plot of land approximately 0.64 hectares west of the Tsuen Wan Yau Kam Tau Water Treatment Works. According to the indicative proposal previously submitted by FE CONSORT INTL, it is planned to construct three residential buildings of 26 to 27 stories (with one basement level), providing 613 units, along with a care home offering approximately 100 beds. This application was approved by the Town Planning Board in September last year. In addition, the Town Planning Board approved in January last year a consortium's application to rezone a "rural area" site near Muk Yan Ha Village on Fuhong Shan Road in Tsuen Wan to a residential zone. The Planning Department proposed to change this approximately 1.16-hectare land to "Residential (Group B) 9" zone, with a total floor area limit of 373,700 square feet, of which the floor area for social welfare facilities shall not be less than 58,100 square feet ### Related Stocks - [00035.HK](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/00035.HK.md) ## Related News & Research - [ZAWYA: Aldar launches the first phase of Yas Park Place, bringing a new collection of homes to the heart of Yas Island](https://longbridge.com/en/news/282642938.md) - [09:01 ETParks Associates Announces Smart Spaces Advisory Board and Second Annual Property Innovation Awards](https://longbridge.com/en/news/282850134.md) - [Single-family property renovator Capstone 72 files for a $15 million IPO](https://longbridge.com/en/news/282372163.md) - [06:05 ETSenné Expands Its Greater Boston Team with New Agents](https://longbridge.com/en/news/282523109.md) - [MLG Capital Closes on Acquisition of Kensington at Halfmoon](https://longbridge.com/en/news/283032724.md)
