# BAH Earnings: Booz Allen Stock Soars on Strong EPS Beat

Booz Allen (BAH) stock rallied on Friday alongside the release of the consulting solutions company's Fiscal Q3 2026 earnings report. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.77, which was better than Wall Street's estimate of $1.29. It also represented a 14.2% increase from the $1.55 reported in Fiscal Q3 2025.

Booz Allen reported revenue of $2.6 billion during its most recent earnings report, which was below analysts' estimate of $2.76 billion. The company's revenue also decreased 10.2% year-over-year from $2.92 billion. The company also noted that its revenue ex-billables declined 6.7 percent from the same period of the year prior to $1.8 billion.
