# SKYMISSION GP's controlling stake is transferred at a discount of 48.4%, resuming trading on Monday

SKYMISSION GP (01429.HK) announced that the former controlling shareholder and chairman Liang Renxiang sold 75% of his shares to an independent third party, Dacheng International, involving 1.2 billion shares, with a total consideration of HKD 114 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 0.095 per share. Upon completion, the buyer is required to make a mandatory general offer, offering cash of HKD 0.095 per share, which represents a discount of 48.37% compared to the last closing price before the suspension.

As of the deadline, the offeror intends to maintain the company's listing status. The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (26th)
