Kingsmen Creatives, through its subsidiary Kingsmen Projects Sdn. Bhd. (KPSB), has successfully secured a legal outcome in Malaysia related to a dispute with AS Cleaning Equipment (M) Sdn. Bhd. The Court of Malaya at Johor Bahru has granted applications by KPSB and two individuals, Mr. Lim Tian Siong and Mr. Simon Ong Chin Sim, to strike out AS Cleaning’s claim, and ordered AS Cleaning to pay RM6,000 in costs. The decision removes a legal overhang associated with the counterclaim, but the company has advised shareholders and potential investors to remain cautious and to follow future announcements for any further developments.
