SANERGY GROUP raised nearly HKD 19 million through a placement. The placement price per share is HKD 0.083, which is nearly an 18% discount compared to last Friday's closing price. A maximum of 228 million shares will be placed, accounting for over 11% of the expanded issued share capital. Fifty percent of the raised funds will be used for the development of the graphite electrode business, while the other fifty percent will be used to replenish working capital and for general corporate purposes
