On January 26, the Fourth Session of the 14th People's Congress of Henan Province opened, and Governor Wang Kai delivered the government work report. The report mentioned strengthening the technology support system by 2026. It supports leading enterprises such as Super Fusion, Zhongchuang Zhiling, XJ Electric, and Pinggao to comprehensively enhance their industrial technology innovation capabilities, and supports leading enterprises like Pingmei Shenma and Luozhou to take the lead in forming innovation consortia. It aims to improve the "ranking and leadership" mechanism and implement 100 provincial-level major science and technology projects and key research and development projects in critical areas such as advanced materials, high-end equipment, and new generation information technology
