# As of the end of November last year, Jingye Mingbang Group recorded a net cash outflow of approximately 120 million RMB

Jingye Mingbang Group (02231.HK) announced that, as stated in the 2024 annual report, due to multiple uncertainties posing significant doubts about the group's ability to continue as a going concern, the auditor has issued a disclaimer of opinion on the consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.

According to the group's unaudited management accounts, for the 11 months ending November 30, 2025, the group recorded a net cash outflow of approximately RMB 120 million. The net cash outflow was mainly due to the continued market downturn, weak demand, sluggish sales, and tightening industry financing, resulting in a deterioration of the group's cash flow beyond expectations
