# Change of CEO at Junan Holdings

Jun An Holdings (01559.HK) announced that Zhang Fangbing has resigned from his positions as executive director and chief executive officer to spend more time on his personal affairs, effective today (26th). At the same time, Gu Xiaochong has been appointed as executive director, and executive director Sun Xiaoran has been appointed as chief executive officer, both effective from the same date.

The company stated that Sun Xiaoran has been an executive director since April 14, 2025, and is currently the general manager of the overseas business department of Jiangsu Provincial Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd
