# GUIXIN GROUP: Chen Yibin appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from GUIXIN GROUP (08349), Mr. Chen Yibin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from January 26, 2026.

Following Mr. Chen's appointment (effective from January 26, 2026), the composition of the following board committees will change as follows: Company Audit Committee: Mr. Chen has been appointed as a member; Company Nomination Committee: Mr. Chen has been appointed as the chairman; Company Remuneration Committee: Mr. Chen has been appointed as a member; and Company Risk Management Committee: Mr. Chen has been appointed as a member
