# ANTA SPORTS: Acquired 29.06% of PUMA SE's equity for €1.5 billion

On January 27th, ANTA SPORTS announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it would acquire a 29.06% stake in PUMA SE, with a price of 35 euros per ordinary share, totaling 1,505,516,600 euros (excluding tax) (equivalent to approximately RMB 12,277,638,425).
