# ZHIXIN GP HLDG issues 150 million new shares at a 15% discount to 2 individuals, raising HKD 100 million

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 27th, ZHIXIN GP HLDG (02187) announced the issuance of 149.6 million new shares at HKD 0.68 per share to two investors, including the company secretary Yuan Zhiwei and Chen Manhong, raising approximately HKD 102 million.

The group stated that the price per share represents a discount of about 15% compared to yesterday's closing price of HKD 0.80, with the new shares accounting for approximately 16.67% of the enlarged share capital. Yuan Zhiwei and Chen Manhong will hold 7.5% and 9.17%, respectively. The net proceeds from the placement, estimated at about HKD 91.3 million, will be used for the construction of a production line for iron ore tailings, and approximately HKD 10.1 million will be used for general working capital.
