On January 26th, beauty e-commerce full value chain brand management group eBeauty Group (YouKe Group) and D1M E-commerce Technology jointly announced that they have recently completed the capital and business integration delivery. This strategic integration focuses on D1M's core capabilities in retail technology and e-commerce empowerment, including retail technology solutions, e-commerce empowerment services, and digital solution businesses covering omnichannel and travel retail scenarios, without involving other business arrangements outside of D1M's existing business structure
