# BAMA TEA and Chayuan Technology have signed a framework agreement for tea purchase and sales

According to the announcement from BAMA TEA (06980), on January 27, 2026 (after trading hours), the company entered into a tea purchase and sales framework agreement with Chayuan Technology (a related subsidiary of the company), under which the group will supply tea to Chayuan Technology from time to time during the term of the tea purchase and sales framework agreement (which will commence on January 27, 2026, and continue until December 31, 2028).

The board of directors (including independent non-executive directors) believes that the terms of the tea purchase and sales framework agreement are fair and reasonable, conducted on general or more favorable commercial terms in the ordinary and usual course of the group's business, and in the overall best interests of the company and its shareholders. The transactions proposed under this agreement will support the group's supply business of sugar-free tea ingredients (such as tea bases, concentrated tea powders, or tea extracts), help enhance the group's market share in the tea industry, and create additional growth opportunities. This cooperation is an initiative for the group to actively expand its business, which can bring incremental performance and strengthen the overall operational resilience of the group. This move will contribute to the long-term stable development of the group's business and provide clear direction for the group's future business development and strategic planning
