# SANERGY GROUP granted 100 million stock options

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SANERGY GROUP (02459) announced that on January 28, 2026, the company granted a total of 100 million stock options to 24 eligible participants, with an exercise price of HKD 0.106 per share. Among them, 40.3 million stock options were granted to directors, 51.7 million stock options were granted to other employees of the group, and the remaining 8 million stock options were granted to related entity participants
