# SK Hynix aims for 'overwhelming' market share in next-generation HBM4 chips

SEOUL, Jan 29 (Reuters) - SK Hynix, a supplier for Nvidia (005930.KS) , said on Thursday that it aims to maintain its “overwhelming” market share in the next-generation HBM4 chips, as it faces rising competition from Samsung Electronics (005930.KS) .

It also added that it aims to achieve the production yields of HBM4 similar to that of current-generation HBM3E chips.
