# K2 Capital Acquisition Corp prices upsized IPO at $120M for 12M units at $10/unit; to trade on Nasdaq as KTWOU on Jan 29.

On January 28, 2026, K2 Capital Acquisition Corporation disclosed the new pricing for its enlarged initial public offering, which now consists of 12,000,000 units priced at $10.00 per unit. Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one right to obtain one-fifth of one Class A ordinary share upon the closure of the Company's initial business merger. These units are set to be available for trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the "KTWOU" ticker starting January 29, 2026. Following the commencement of separate trading of the unit's components, the Company anticipates that the Class A ordinary shares and rights will be listed on Nasdaq using the symbols "KTWO" and "KTWOR," respectively.
