The latest update is out from Foresight 4 VCT ( (GB:FTF) ).

Foresight Enterprise VCT plc has reported that its recently launched offer for subscription, published via a prospectus on 6 January 2026, for up to £40 million through the issue of up to 100 million new ordinary shares has been oversubscribed based on applications received to date. As a result of the strong demand, investors whose applications were submitted after 28 January 2026 are likely to have their subscriptions returned under the offer’s terms and conditions, signalling robust investor appetite for the trust’s strategy but limiting late applicants’ participation.
