# After nearly two years and an investment of over 90 million, domestic leading enterprises have successfully repelled American RF giants

According to the Legal Daily, recently, the domestic Wi-Fi radio frequency front-end chip company GKCT was ruled to have "zero infringement" on all five involved patents in the "337 investigation" by the United States International Trade Commission (ITC). This means that the plan of American radio frequency giant companies to eliminate Chinese competitors through patent litigation has been thwarted, and it has set a benchmark for the Chinese semiconductor industry in the international intellectual property game of "protecting rights with technology and safeguarding with law."
