# BII TRANS TECH's cumulative new contracts and winning bids amount to approximately 1.88 billion yuan in 2025

According to the announcement from BII TRANS TECH (01522), based on preliminary internal statistics, as of December 31, 2025, the Group has cumulatively signed new contracts and won bids amounting to approximately RMB 1.88 billion within the 12 months.

In terms of market expansion, the Group made positive progress in both domestic and international markets in the fourth quarter of 2025. In the domestic market, the Group focused on regional layout and model innovation: it entered the Shijiazhuang market in Hebei for the first time, successfully winning the bid for the ground PIS system project of Metro Line 6, with a total bid amount of approximately RMB 25.29 million; signed a comprehensive intelligent network service project in Beijing, amounting to approximately RMB 56.52 million, achieving an innovative breakthrough in the civil communication business model; in addition, commercial password application security assessment services were implemented in six new regions domestically, forming a scaled expansion and systematic layout. In the overseas market, the Group further broadened its business coverage: it entered the Moroccan market for the first time, signing a project for the PIS system of electric train sets in Morocco, amounting to approximately RMB 17.89 million; continued to deepen its efforts in the Brazilian market, winning the bid for the PIS system project of electric train sets in Brazil, amounting to approximately RMB 59.29 million, steadily expanding its business footprint in South America.

In terms of project implementation, the Group steadily advanced key engineering construction, playing an important role in the construction support of the Dongguan Metro Line 1, Chengdu Metro Line 13, Chengdu Metro Line 30, and Beijing Metro Line 18 projects, which were opened in the fourth quarter of 2025. For example, in the Beijing Metro Line 18 project, the Group coordinated the implementation of multiple systems including communication, automatic ticketing, on-board PIS, and access control, strongly supporting the high-standard construction of the capital's rail transit system. Additionally, the Beijing Tongzhou Station within the comprehensive transportation hub of the Beijing urban sub-center, which the Group participated in constructing, was also opened and put into operation during the same period, with the fire extinguishing system and FAS system successfully delivered, further consolidating the Group's professional advantages in the field of rail transit and large comprehensive transportation hub construction.

In terms of technological innovation, the Group was awarded the "ITSS Information Technology Service Operation and Maintenance Standard Compliance Level 2 Certificate," marking the authoritative recognition of the Group's service capabilities in the operation and maintenance field
