According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NET-A-GO TECH (01483) announced that on January 30, 2026, the company plans to issue 80 million subscription shares to S Harmony Investment Fund SPC, with a subscription price of HKD 0.88 per share, representing a discount of approximately 18.52% compared to the closing price of HKD 1.08 per share on that day. The net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 70.2 million, with 60% allocated for existing operations and the development of its current business, as well as potential investment opportunities in embodied intelligent robots and related value chains to enhance the efficiency of existing operations, while 40% will be used for the group's general working capital and general corporate purposes
