# KRAKacquisition Corp closes $345M IPO with 34.5M units sold at $10 each, including extra 4.5M from over-allotment option.

Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA - January 30, 2026 - KRAKacquisition Corp revealed the completion of its enlarged initial public offering of 34,500,000 units, with an extra 4,500,000 units sold through the full exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option. Priced at $10.00 per unit, the offering generated $345 million in gross proceeds for the Company, exclusive of underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses related to the offering. The special purpose acquisition company is sponsored by affiliates of Natural Capital, Tribe Capital, and Payward, Inc.
