> On January 30, 2026, in Stockholm, a stock split has been announced which will be considered a Potential Adjustment Event as per Condition 8.1 of the Conditions. This event necessitates alterations to the final terms outlined below. These adjustments qualify as an Issuer Technical Amendment under Clause 18.1 of the Collateral Agent Agreement. This notification is being issued in accordance with Clause 18.3 of the Collateral Agent Agreement.
