This service provides online pre-consultation, online diagnosis and treatment, and medication delivery for first-time patients, aiming to ensure the safety and quality of diagnosis and treatment. Doctors can complete the initial diagnosis and issue prescriptions via the internet

On January 31, Beijing launched a pilot program for internet diagnosis and treatment first visit services, with the first batch of trials conducted in three pediatric sub-specialties at Beijing Children's Hospital and Capital Institute of Pediatrics. This program can provide online pre-consultation, online diagnosis and treatment, and medication delivery services for first visit patients. Unlike the internet follow-up consultations that have already been implemented, this pilot program for internet diagnosis and treatment first visits is a beneficial attempt conducted in the pilot medical institutions' specialized treatment areas, ensuring the safety and quality of diagnosis and treatment.
