Lanqi Technology (6809.HK) has a board lot of 100 shares, with an offering price of HKD 106.89, and an entry fee of HKD 10,796. The offering will close on February 4th, with an expected listing on February 9th.

Aisino YuanZhi (0600.HK) has a board lot of 100 shares, with an offering price of HKD 28.2, and an entry fee of HKD 2,848. The offering will close on February 5th, with an expected listing on February 10th.

## Report: Cheng Family Considers Selling Control of New World Development to Blackstone Group

According to reports, the Cheng family is considering selling control of New World Development (0017.HK) to Blackstone Group. Bloomberg cites informed sources stating that both parties are in deep negotiations, making Blackstone the largest single shareholder of New World Development, and are close to reaching an agreement. This means that the Cheng family, which currently holds 45% of New World shares, may relinquish control. The report indicates that Blackstone will restructure New World and continue to attempt to sell assets to improve its financial situation. It is still unclear how much equity Blackstone will hold in New World Development after the transaction is completed.

## China Aluminum Partners with Rio Tinto, Invests About RMB 6.3 Billion to Acquire Controlling Stake in Brazilian Aluminum

China Aluminum (2600.HK) plans to partner with Rio Tinto to acquire over 68% of Brazilian Aluminum. The two parties will acquire over 446 million shares of common stock of Brazilian Aluminum held by Watervale through a joint venture, at a price of 4.689 billion reais, equivalent to about RMB 6.286 billion. China Aluminum will hold 67% of the joint venture, while Rio Tinto will hold 37%. After the transaction is completed, Brazilian Aluminum will become a subsidiary of the group
