CHINA VERED FIN (00245.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of no less than 100 million yuan for the fiscal year 2025, compared to 223 million yuan recorded in the previous year. The decline in net profit is mainly due to a significant decrease in net investment income from 436 million yuan in the previous year to approximately 60 million yuan
