# Gold and silver opened significantly lower but narrowed their declines, while U.S. stock futures and oil prices fell

U.S. stock futures fell in early Asian trading, with Nasdaq 100 futures down 0.8% and S&P 500 futures down 0.6%. Spot gold experienced significant fluctuations, hitting a low of $4,783.98 per ounce, and has currently rebounded to around $4,840, down 0.5% for the day. Spot silver also saw considerable volatility, reaching a low of $80.53 per ounce, and is now rebounding to $82.15, down 2.7% for the day. Brent crude oil futures opened lower in Asia, down 2.4% to $67.78 per barrel.
