# SCI: Retail prices of refined oil may face "two consecutive increases"

Since the beginning of this pricing cycle (from 24:00 on January 20 to 24:00 on February 3), the situation in the Middle East has escalated, combined with the impact of extreme cold weather in the United States, leading to a continuous rise in international crude oil prices. As a result, during this pricing cycle, the crude oil change rate has been in the positive range. Tomorrow (February 3) at 24:00, domestic refined oil retail prices may experience the first "double increase" of the year. According to SCI's calculations, as of the close on January 30, the domestic reference crude oil change rate is 5.32%, and it is expected that gasoline and diesel will be adjusted upward by 230 yuan/ton, with the adjustment window at 24:00 on February 3
