# SpaceX, XAI In Advanced Merger Talks, Report Says

Elon Musk is in advanced talks to merge his rocket and satellite group SpaceX with artificial intelligence firm xAI, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The companies have informed some investors and could announce a deal as soon as this week, the report said.
