The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 515 points or 1.05%, at 49,407 points; the S&P 500 rose 37 points or 0.54%, to 6,976 points; and the Nasdaq increased by 130 points or 0.56%, to 23,592 points. As for the Golden Dragon Index, which reflects the performance of Chinese concept stocks, it fell 0.65% to 7,681 points on Monday. It is worth noting that the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics stated that due to a partial "shutdown" of the federal government, the employment report for January, originally scheduled for release this Friday (6th), will not be published on time and will be rescheduled after government funding is restored. ## Gold Prices Rebound, Silver Prices Rise Over 4% Gold and silver prices have rebounded, with spot gold prices rising over 2% to $4,767 this morning, and spot silver prices increasing over 4% to $82.6. In terms of Bitcoin, after hitting a low of $74,604 yesterday, it rebounded and is reported at $79,183 this morning, up 0.3%; however, Ethereum fell about 1% this morning, currently at $2,352. The stock opened at 248 HKD this morning, unchanged. ## CloudWalk Technology Issues Shares at an 18% Discount CloudWalk Technology (9678) is placing 1.008 million new H shares, raising about 310 million HKD, equivalent to about 2.3% of the expanded total number of H shares and issued shares, with a placement price of 310 HKD per share, an 18% discount to the previous closing price of 376.6 HKD. The stock opened at 356.4 HKD this morning, down 5.4%. ## Ascletis Pharma Raises Over 800 Million HKD Through Share Placement Additionally, Ascletis Pharma (1672) is placing 69.256 million shares, raising about 840 million HKD, equivalent to about 6.5% of the expanded total number of issued shares, with a placement price of 12.18 HKD per share, a 4% discount to the previous closing price of 12.69 HKD. The stock opened at 12.69 HKD this morning, unchanged.
