# A store in Shenzhen is accused of breaching the contract and fleeing? Xibei responds: A mutually recognized solution has been reached

Recently, a notice titled "Notice on Requesting Xibei to Immediately Resume Operations" posted in a shopping mall in Shenzhen has been circulating on social media. The notice states that Xibei has been operating here for nearly ten years and had previously applied to cease operations on February 28 due to the impact of public opinion on prepared dishes on January 15. However, without the mall's written consent, Xibei attempted to clear out items from the store on the evening of January 31, which was criticized as a "most undignified" "escape" behavior. The mall has therefore demanded that Xibei immediately resume operations
