In 2026, the Central Document No. 1 titled "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Anchoring Agricultural and Rural Modernization and Solidly Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization" was released. The opinions propose to enhance the effectiveness of agricultural science and technology innovation.
