eVTOL manufacturer SkyDrive to conduct demo flights of SKYDRIVE model SD-05 in Tokyo with collaborators in Feb 2026.

In Japan, eVTOL aircraft manufacturer SkyDrive Inc. is set to demonstrate its "SKYDRIVE" (SkyDrive Model SD-05) through demo flights from February 24 to February 28, 2026. Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., and Kanematsu Corporation are collaborating on this initiative. The flights are scheduled to occur at a temporary take-off and landing site. SkyDrive is a prominent player in the sector and this showcase aims to highlight their innovative technology.
