# China Galaxy has obtained the registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the issuance of subordinated bonds

Zhongguo Yinhe (06881) announced that it has recently received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, agreeing to the company's application for the public issuance of subordinated bonds with a total face value of no more than RMB 20 billion to professional investors. The validity period of the approval is 24 months. The company may issue subordinated bonds in installments within the validity period of the approval
