# Pak Tak Int'l: Major shareholders have sold all their holdings

Pak Tak Int'l (02668.HK) announced that it received a notification from its major shareholder Teng Le Holdings, which sold a total of 980 million shares of the company through over-the-counter transactions to multiple transferees on January 21 of this year, accounting for approximately 17.41% of the company's total issued shares.

After the completion of the sale, Teng Le Holdings no longer holds any shares and is therefore no longer a major shareholder of the company. The company believes that the sale will not have a significant impact on the group's business operations and financial condition
