## Tianna Graham says she shoveled her Honda Civic out on Monday after a snowstorm, was driving on Tuesday, and parked it in the same spot. That's when a water main broke, and a police officer apparently told her not to move it.

## NBC Philadelphia reported that the car turned on, but the exhaust pipe was covered in ice, which is obviously unsafe. They also mentioned that using hot water could break the glass.
