(Nasdaq: CEPS) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “CEPS” and begin trading on February 5, 2026.
