The launch comprises 4,692 BTO flats across six projects in Bukit Merah, Sembawang, Tampines and Toa Payoh, and 4,320 balance flats islandwide under the concurrent SBF exercise. Flats on offer range from two-room flexi to five-room units. Of the six BTO projects, three are standard projects in Sembawang and Tampines, two are plus projects in Tampines and Toa Payoh, and one is a prime project in Bukit Merah. HDB said all new flats are priced with government subsidies, whilst plus and prime flats receive additional subsidies to offset their higher market values. About 80% of the BTO flats offered have waiting periods of under four years.
