Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited has entered into a procurement framework agreement under which its wholly owned subsidiaries in Shandong, Inner Mongolia and Beijing will supply Shandong Xinjufeng Taidong, a subsidiary of its controlling shareholder, with various packaging materials including aseptic cartons, sealing strips, filling equipment, spare parts, caps and straws from now until 31 December 2027. As the deal is classified as a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, it will be subject to reporting, annual review and announcement requirements but exempt from circular and independent shareholder approval, formalising a medium-scale, recurring revenue stream with a related party while reinforcing oversight obligations for the company and transparency for investors.
