Coach and Kate Spade operator Tapestry now anticipates adjusted revenue of more than $7.75 billion for fiscal 2026, up from its previous outlook of around $7.3 billion. Adjusted earnings are pegged at $6.40 to $6.45 per share versus the prior guidance of $5.45 to $5.60. The current consensus on FactSet is for non-GAAP EPS of $5.68 on sales of $7.4 billion. "We are raising our full-year guidance, incorporating our (second-quarter) outperformance and a stronger second-half outlook," Chief Financial Officer Scott Roe said during an earnings call, according to a FactSet transcript. Shares of the company gained 7.6% in Thursday trade. For the quarter ended Dec. 27, Tapestry's adjusted EPS jumped to $2.69 from $2 a year earlier as net sales climbed 14% to $2.5 billion. The Street's view was for non-GAAP EPS of $2.22 and revenue of $2.32 billion. Revenue in the Coach brand advanced 25% to $2.14 billion, while Kate Spade slipped 14% to $360 million. The company recorded revenue gains across all markets it operates in, except for Japan where sales declined 9% year over year. Separately, Ralph Lauren ( RL ) said it now expects revenue to increase by high-single to low-double digits on a constant currency basis for fiscal 2026, up from its prior guidance for 5% to 7% growth. Analysts polled by FactSet estimate sales of $7.81 billion. The company expects fourth-quarter revenue to increase by a mid-single digit. The luxury apparel maker's third-quarter adjusted EPS improved to $6.22 from $4.82 the year before, while revenue rose 12% to $2.41 billion, topping Wall Street's views for $5.82 and $2.31 billion, respectively. For the ongoing quarter, Ralph Lauren ( RL ) expects constant currency revenue to increase by about mid-single digits. Comparable sales increased 9%, driven by gains in North America and Asia. "This holiday season, our teams delivered strong, high-quality growth across geographies and consumer segments, enabling accelerated investment in our long-term strategic priorities and brand elevation," CEO Patrice Louvet said in a statement.
