Springwater Special Situations ( (SWSS) ) has issued an update.

On January 30, 2026, Clean Energy Special Situations Corp. held a special meeting of stockholders via live webcast, at which a quorum of 3,985,552 shares out of 4,663,325 outstanding common shares was represented in person or by proxy. Stockholders unanimously approved an amendment to the company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation to extend the deadline to consummate its initial business combination to June 30, 2027, giving the SPAC significantly more time to identify and complete a suitable clean energy target and thereby preserving the vehicle for potential deal-making that could impact investors and the broader clean energy deal pipeline.
