# According to reports, the National Social Security Fund and others have invested 10 billion RMB to establish a venture capital fund in Shanghai

According to domestic media reports, Tianyancha data shows that Guochuang Qicheng (Shanghai) Venture Capital Fund Partnership has recently been officially established, with a capital contribution of 10 billion RMB. The business scope includes venture capital (limited to investments in unlisted companies).

The executive managing partners of the fund are Jianxin Jin Investment Private Fund Management (Beijing), Bank of Communications Capital Management, and Guotou Innovation Investment Management. The investors include the National Social Security Fund Council, China National Investment Corporation, and Bank of Communications Financial Asset Investment, among others
